Medical Consultation Service
Participants are provided with necessary information about health problems by a consulting doctor. The consulting doctor offers advice to participants regarding precautions to be taken for the encountered health issue, but does not make diagnoses or provide medication recommendations; they refer individuals to emergency medical services when necessary. Medical consultation service is available to participants 24/7.
Home Doctor Ambulance Dispatch
In cases of injury or illness, participants are sent to the nearest fully-equipped hospital with a doctor-equipped ambulance free of charge based on the decision of the consulting doctor. The hospital choice of the participant, participant’s doctor, or a participant’s close relative is taken into consideration when the participant is not conscious. Emergency decisions are made by consulting doctors, and fees arising from non-emergency requests for doctor-equipped ambulances are covered by participants.
Intra-City Transport from One Hospital Unit to Another
This service includes transportation by ambulance under medical supervision to another hospital unit within the same city when necessary. Payment for the service is made by the participant.
Inter-City Transport
If the participant’s condition requires transfer to a hospital unit in another city, this transport is arranged to the nearest and best-equipped hospital unit to provide the necessary care, under medical supervision if needed. Payment for the service is covered by the participant.
This service does not substitute for emergency medical facilities. The provided service is secondary assistance.
Medication / Medical Supply Delivery
The process of sending medications prescribed for urgent treatment and appropriate medical supplies to participants is organized within Turkey, and delivery expenses are covered by Tabibcare. If the medication is unavailable, participants can benefit from this service with the approval of our consulting doctor confirming the urgency. Medication and medical supply expenses are covered by the participant.
In case the prescribed medication urgently needed by the participant is not available where they are located, participants can use this service with a prescription, provided that the urgency of the situation is confirmed by the consulting doctor.
Home Nurse Dispatch
Participants are provided with a nurse to assist with matters such as administering serum and injections. The costs of the procedure are covered by the participant.
